Since 1982, ULAC started off as an OEM factory in Taiwan working with international brands including Master Lock, Panasonic, Giant Bicycles, and Assa Abloy. After accumulating experiences for over 25 years, ULAC launched its in-house brand to finally bring an answer to a community that was not taken into account. ULAC is famous for its cult image and culture. Its fashionable designs brought the city bikers together, creating its unique way of life.
